Winter Spring Hours: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Sunday for workshops, special events, birthday parties and pre-arranged fitness classes.

Registration Instructions

1. Download and fill out Registration Form.
2. Include credit card information for Annual Membership Fee payment or mail check to Oh My Girls!, 140 Jericho Turnpike, Syosset, NY 11791.
3. Return completed form by scanning and emailing to JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING , faxing to (516) 802-5802 or mailing to Oh My Girls!, 140 Jericho Turnpike, NY Syosset 11791.
4. Once REGISTRATION FORM has been received, you can reserve your spot in our classes by contacting us by telephone at 516-802-5800 or in person.

Note: Enrollment is complete upon receipt of payment.
