All Fitness Classes run 50 Minutes
(Plus 10 minutes of social time at our Spa Water Bar)

Once REGISTRATION FORM has been received, you can reserve your spot in our classes by contacting us by telephone at 516-802-5800 or in person. Registration is non-refundable. Credits issued for withdrawal from classes before third class, less a $50 processing fee.

Fitness Class Descriptions

OMG! Zumba
Do you like the sound of Pitbull, JLo and other latin recording artistis? Are you interested in learning dances, such as Reggaeton, Merengue, Salsa and Samba from the latest fitness craze whose slogan is Ditch the Workout, Join the Party!? Well, then this is the class for you. OMG!Zumba is crazy-fun fitness party guaranteed to get you fit! So come alone, or grab some friends, and join the party!

Spa Yoga
Do you want to sail through life calmly and successfully despite your packed schedule, constant distraction of the endless forms of communication and all the pressures of today’s world? Would you like to learn to use your breath to do amazing things for your body, such as slow your heart rate, improve your memory and learning ability, burn calories faster, keep your weight under control, improve your mood and even sleep more soundly? Yoga does all of this and more! So come take a fun Oh My Girls! Relaxation Yoga class designed by our resident yoga experts specifically for the physical and emotional needs of your developing mind and body!

Fit Yoga
Slow it down and stretch it out. Are you playing lots of sports or other competitive activities and want to stay at the "top of your game"? This class is designed to help you stay flexible, injury free and feeling great! Where relaxation yoga focuses on more passive poses, the poses in this class will also help you to strengthen the muscles you use daily and challenge some of those you may not even know you had! Athletes: this class is custom-made for you!

Dance Jam
Are you one of those girls constantly plugged into the latest hip-hop tunes on your Ipod? Are you the first one up on the dance floor at a party? If so, then the Oh My Girls! Dance Jam classes are the ones for you! Learn all the hottest moves from the latest music videos, you’ll be getting fit and having a blast while doing so!

Cardiocircuit
Oh My Girls! Cardiocircuit will give you the razor-sharp reflexes and focus of a black belt, the sculpted body of a boxer, the calm of a Buddhist monk and the stamina, flexibility and strength of a Broadway dancer! This class is super-fun, but also a high intensity workout with assorted activities, including rebounding, Pilates-inspired strength-training, obstacle courses and more.

FunFit
A more playful version of Cardiocircuit, this class focuses on getting fit while playing all the games you know and love such as freeze dance, relay races, high-powered hula hooping and some others in our Oh My Girls! arsenal that you are sure to find tons of fun!

Boot Camp
Oh My Girls! most intense fitness class, designed for the inner athlete, this class utilizes more sophisticated exercises and equipment, such as medicine balls and free weights, to build the strength and stamina necessary to enhance your performance in all your extracurricular and sporting activities.

Sweat and Serenity
For the girl that wants a chance to sweat a bit and then leave class feeling like she has just been to a spa, this class will both kick your daughter's heart rate into high gear through a series of challenging fitness games and then allow it to wind down in time for her to end her day relaxed and ready for a peaceful night of sleep.
